Carson is a true Las Vegas native being born here nearly 30 years ago. Her love for health and wellness began when she was working as a Service Director for a local fitness center. She then transitioned into healthcare where her career has blossomed into the work she knows and loves now in the physical therapy world. Carson was hired in October of 2021 originally as the Referral Specialist, but quickly shined by sharing her experiences, talents and education and was promoted from within the company to Administrative Assistant. Carson not only assists with daily operations, but patient care as well, which really showcases her caring and nurturing manner in which she operates.
