Ilan Banner began working in Commercial Real Estate in 2007 assisting his father, Gary Banner CCIM, in Apartment Investment sales and consultation. Ilan worked under the tutelage of Gary until 2016 when Gary transitioned into multifamily development. From that point, Ilan spent over a year and a half working with the Logic Commercial Real Estate retail team exclusively responsible for Starbucks development throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Subsequently, with his breadth of knowledge in commercial real estate investment, Ilan acted as the lead Researcher at Valbridge Property Advisors before retiring from Real Estate to pursue Bodybuilding full-time in 2021. During his preparation for the 2022 Sampson Showdown, Ilan utilized Physical Therapy to rehab his left knee and immediately knew he was fit for the industry. Starting in January of 2022, Ilan became the Marketing Manager for Jackson Physical Therapy! Ilan brings his strong professional background to manage the accounts of various medical providers and personal injury attorneys across the Valley.
