Melissa graduated from SECTA High School certified in the major of Graphic Communications in 2009. In 2015, she started her journey in the medical field as a receptionist and found her passion in helping others. She continued to learn and grow in the administration field for both the front and back office. She was born in Sinaloa, MX and has lived in Las Vegas for over 25 years. As a fluent bilingual in Spanish and English, she loves to help the latin community to feel welcomed and heard. She has an optimistic personality and likes to have a good time with her JPT family. In her spare time, she continues to enjoy doing arts and crafts! Music is a big part of her life as she grew up with a talented family. She enjoys singing, drawing, painting but most importantly spending time with her family and friends.
